Update January 2015: Weebly recently has changes their branding at the bottom. But not to worry as i am here to help you. Just follow the updated post below and enjoy.They have removed #footer-wrap and have used only #footer. So make sure you make changes accordingly

3. From the next Page from Left sidebar under " CSS " Select main-style.css and apply changes as shown here.
